DAMAGED PRODUCTS

LOST PACKAGE

If your package is marked as delivered for more than a week and you have not received it, reach out to the mail carrier directly. 

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package but at the expense of the buyer.

Tips: Flip reeds every 1-2 months to refresh the scent. To increase the strength of the scent, add more reeds. To decrease the strength, remove reeds until desired scent strength Is achieved.

I tried the Grapefruit Mangosteen room spray and loved it! Now, I'm layering my home with a few more scents and I just received the Jasmine Honeysuckle diffuser and it's such a beautiful scent. I have it in my entryway and it's such a nice, light floral scent. I can't wait to try some of the other combinations! (I also love the new packaging -- it goes great with my decor).
