Current processing time on orders is 7-10 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee mail carrier shipping times and it is not included in the processing time.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If any products are damaged during shipping, please reach out to support@prettyhonestshop.com with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement.
LOST PACKAGE
If your package is marked as delivered for more than a week and you have not received it, reach out to the mail carrier directly.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package but at the expense of the buyer.
Wax Melt Tips
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place one melt or more into a wax melt warmer. Always use wax melts on a stable, heat-resistant surface and never leave them unattended. After the last use, turn off the wax warmer to allow the wax to cool and then dispose of it properly, do not put down the sink.
