Shipping Policy

Shipping Times 

Current processing time on orders is typically 7-10 business days. This excludes holidays and weekends. We cannot guarantee mail carrier shipping times and it is not included in the processing time.

Damaged Products

If any products are damaged during shipping, please reach out to support@prettyhonestshop.com with a photo of the damage to arrange a replacement. 

Lost Package

If your package is lost, please contact your local post office. If they cannot locate the package, reach out to us via support@prettyhonestshop.com.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, we will reship the package but at the expense of the buyer.
